Hardscaping
Permeable paver systems, ADA-compliant access, and concrete curbing built to commercial and municipal standards, not just backyard landscaping.
A homeowner’s patio and a municipal access pad get judged by different rules. Municipal and commercial hardscaping has to pass inspection, meet accessibility requirements, and manage stormwater on site, not just look good. We’ve done that work and we build every job, residential or commercial, to hold up under that level of scrutiny.
Commercial properties that need hardscaping built to this standard usually need their lots cleared to a schedule too. See snow removal for winter coverage on parking lots, access lanes, and entrances.
We’ll be in touch to set up a time to walk the property and talk through what the project actually requires, permitting, accessibility standards, stormwater management, before giving you a written quote for the scope discussed.
Tell us about the project. We'll be in touch to set up a time to look at it.

Both. We've built ADA-compliant access, detectable warning surfaces, concrete curbing, and a permeable paver system on a municipal site, the same crew and the same standards we bring to a residential patio.
Permeable pavers let stormwater drain through the surface into a stone base below instead of running off into a storm drain or pooling on the surface. Municipalities and commercial properties often need to manage runoff on site rather than send it downstream, and permeable systems are one of the few ways to do that without giving up usable pavement.
Yes. We've installed truncated-dome detectable warning surfaces and ADA-compliant access pads as part of a municipal access project, built to the slope and surface requirements that kind of work requires.
Yes, fully insured. Tell us the scope and any specific documentation your property or project requires and we'll confirm we can meet it before you commit to anything.
"We just had work done by Krafft's Lawn and Landscape. It was a fairly big job, and we were thrilled with the results. When we called, Ryan came out within 24 hours and did a thorough inspection of the site. He listened intently to what we wanted to do and actually heard us. He then gave us a quote for exactly what we needed, at a very fair price. The work they did was thorough and exact, and when they were done, the clean-up was the best we've ever had. They treated our yard like it was their own. Overall, a perfect job, a fair price, with responsive and honest people. They'll be our first choice when we need more work done."
"What a great experience all around!! We had a ~100 ft run of not-so-easy-to-replace fence to replace, rocky space, thru a tree, and dodging limby shrubs, with elevation change. They took care of the permitting for us! and they did a super clean demo and haul away. Setting the new fencing was truly impressive to watch, they took great pains to make sure each section was square, plumb, and level. Really nice work! We love it! We will never hesitate to work with Ryan & Co. again!! Highly recommended!"
"Ryan and the Krafft team did structural and landscaping work for us to mitigate leaking into our basement from torrential rains. The foundation, yard, and sidewalk work they did was top-notch. Bottom line: great work, great price, and great people. They are trustworthy and I'll work with them again for our next project."
